About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our innovative team at Tmoose. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex web applications, ranging from Micro-Frontends and Single Page Applications (SPAs) to reusable design system components. Your expertise will be crucial in translating design and conceptual guidelines into high-performance, accessible frontends that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to optimize usability and ensure seamless integration of backend services, including Headless CMS solutions, to deliver SEO-friendly and maintainable web solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping our tooling standards, implementing efficient workflows with modern build tools, and integrating AI-driven features into our development process and products. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience with React, ideally complemented by experience with Next.js. A strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript is essential, along with proficiency in HTML, modern CSS, and frameworks such as Tailwind CSS. Practical knowledge of Micro-Frontends, SPAs, and component-based development with tools like Storybook is required. You should have hands-on experience with Monorepo setups, modern build toolchains like Vite and Turbo, and familiarity with Node.js, APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. A solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), usability principles, and performance optimization is necessary. Experience with AI tools and workflows—such as Claude Code, Codex, or large language model-based integrations—is highly advantageous. You should be a proactive team player with strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and excellent English language skills. Responsibilities Architect and implement sophisticated web applications, including Micro-Frontends, SPAs, and design system components.Translate design and conceptual specifications into performant, accessible frontends, ensuring an optimal user experience.Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance UX and advise clients on technical solutions and implementation strategies.Integrate Headless CMS and backend services to develop SEO-optimized, maintainable web solutions.Define and maintain tooling standards, including Monorepo, Turbo, Vite, and Storybook, to ensure efficient development workflows.Incorporate AI technologies into development processes and products, such as AI-assisted workflows and chat feature integrations.Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards.Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies, accessibility guidelines, and AI tools to continuously improve our development practices.
