Job Description Kick-Start Your Engineering Career Are you a recent Engineering graduate eager to gain hands-on experience across project delivery, tendering, procurement, and engineering operations? We are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects from conception through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical project management skills, and build a strong foundation for a long-term engineering career. What You'll Do As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting project teams across a variety of engineering and project management activities, including: Assisting in the preparation of tenders and bids, including compliance matrices, vendor quotations, cost inputs, and technical documentation.Supporting the development and execution of Project Execution Plans, project schedules, and deliverables.Contributing to project activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.Monitoring project progress and preparing status reports, action trackers, and project documentation.Coordinating procurement activities, material deliveries, logistics, and shipment schedules.Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure effective communication and timely project execution.Supporting site surveys, risk assessments, implementation planning, and installation activities.Assisting in the review of supplier proposals and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.Participating in project meetings, maintaining records of actions and decisions, and supporting issue resolution.Undertaking ad hoc project-related activities as required.Travelling to customer and project sites when required. Qualifications What You'll Bring Education Bachelor's Degree (completed or near completion) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline. Skills & Experience Basic understanding of project management principles and engineering project delivery.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Eligibility Valid Australian work authorisation is required.Willingness to travel to project and customer sites as required.
