Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager (or Project Manager) to oversee the large-scale, end-to-end delivery of hospital and healthcare projects. Located in our Sydney office, you’ll be responsible for: Overseeing scoping of works, design and early works stages.Managing the tender and procurement process.Engaging with contractors and consultants.Managing the construction/delivery of hospital projects.Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.Overseeing contract management, variations and claims. Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side or Construction Project Manager, with Healthcare project experience (ideally within a hospital environment). Experience in other related sectors, such as Education, Civic & Culture or Industrial will also be considered. You’ll also need: Experience working in live environments, understanding the bigger picture of a hospital’s operational objectives.Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
