Senior Process Engineer

At KK Group, we are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Process Expert to join our Szczecin Factory and play a key role in advancing our manufacturing capabilities. In this position, you will define manufacturing best practices, develop process specifications, lead PFMEA and Control Plan activities, and drive Design for Excellence (DfX) initiatives. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, IT, and R&D teams, you will help ensure robust manufacturing processes, improve product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Your Responsibilities Create Manufacturing Bill of Materials & Creation of Work ElementsApply DFx principles to optimize product design and ensure manufacturing robustness against design-related risksDefine assembly process and methodEnhance risk management and product quality assurance by continuously developing Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA), CP and define mitigation risk activities.Create Technical requirement specification for solutions towards improvement manufacturing processes & and reducing risk of poor quality. Implementation of solutions towards manufacturing process improvement. Facilitate seamless transitions from R&D to manufacturing through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D.Leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making on Identifying Process ImprovementEffectively manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, ensuring open communication and collaboration What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field.Solid knowledge of: Design for Excellence (DfX), PFMEA and Control Plans, Process development and optimization, Assembly manufacturing processes and techniques, Root cause analysis and quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools)Experience working with CAD software.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Composer, or similar 2D/3D design tools.Experience developing jigs, fixtures, trolleys, and material handling equipment.Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset.Fluent English communication skills.Nice to Have Certifications/ Experience: Lean Manufacturing, APQP, Six SigmaDetail and result oriented What We Offer The opportunity to influence and shape manufacturing excellence within a global organization.Challenging and impactful projects in a modern production environment.A collaborative and international work culture.Professional development and growth opportunities.Hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote, depending on business needs).
