Senior Manager, Business Development and Community Education (Estate Planning and Administration) – NSW Trustee and Guardian
Ongoing full-time vacancy.
35 hours per week.Location: This role is based in Parramatta.
Flexible and hybrid working options available.Clerk Grade: Level 11/12.
Base salary $154,231 p.a.
to $178,369 p.a.
plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the team
The Estate Planning and Administration division is responsible for delivering NSW Trustee and Guardian’s commercial services in Will making, as trustee, attorney, and as administrator/executor of deceased estates.
The teams administer assets in accordance with the functions and obligations under the relevant legislation and makes legal decisions within legal frameworks and NSWTG’s prescribed delegations.

This is an exciting opportunity to join NSW Trustee and Guardian in a senior leadership role supporting services that make a meaningful difference to the people of NSW.

Provide senior leadership to support the delivery of Estate Planning and Administration services.Drive business development, stakeholder engagement and community education activities that promote the services provided by NSW Trustee and Guardian.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective engagement and collaboration.Champion customer-focused service delivery, ensuring the needs of customers and communities remain central to the work.Contribute to the broader strategic direction and outcomes of NSW Trustee and Guardian through collaborative leadership.

About you
You have extensive knowledge and experience in business development and stakeholder engagement and can turn strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes.
Your skills will provide the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
You will bring:

Essential requirements
Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge and experience in relevant disciplines and industry, such as public or professional service sectors.Current drivers licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.Available to work after hours and weekends as required.
