Senior DevOps Engineer

We are modernizing our healthcare platforms into a cloud-based, multi-tenant microservices architecture, while continuously enhancing existing digital solutions such as the Patient App and Doctor App. This role is critical in ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure delivery pipelines, as well as maintaining standardized cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). The DevOps Engineer will support both ongoing production systems and new platform initiatives, ensuring seamless deployments, high availability, and operational stability. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelinesAutomate infrastructure and application deploymentsSupport and troubleshoot production environmentsImprove system observability, performance, and reliability Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Release Management Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsManage repositories, branching strategies, and deployment automationTroubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and release risks Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Build and maintain IaC templates (Bicep / ARM / Terraform)Ensure consistent and repeatable environment provisioning across Dev, UAT, and ProductionEliminate manual provisioning and enforce IaC-first practices Azure Cloud & Platform Engineering Deploy and manage applications on Azure (App Services, VMs, Functions, databases)Support integration between Azure services and CI/CD pipelinesEnsure scalability, availability, and resilience of cloud environmentsMonitoring, Troubleshooting & OperationsMonitor system health, pipeline performance, and application environmentsBuild dashboards and logging visibility across environmentsTroubleshoot production incidents and deployment-related issues Security, Governance & Compliance Implement security best practices, access controls, and governance policies in AzureEnsure compliance with internal policies and audit requirementsMaintain secure configurations for cloud resources and pipelines Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with developers to improve deployment workflows and DevOps practicesProvide guidance on CI/CD, IaC, and cloud best practicesContinuously improve automation, reliability, and efficiency of delivery pipelines Required Skills & Experience Experience 3–5 years of experience in Azure DevOps or Cloud Engineeringhands-on experience managing Azure-based environments Azure Cloud Knowledge (Mandatory) Experience with Azure services (App Services, VMs, Functions, Azure SQL)Understanding of environment separation (Dev / Test / Prod)Experience integrating Azure services with CI/CD pipelines CI/CD & Automation Strong experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, release flows)Experience writing and troubleshooting YAML pipelinesAutomation using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) Infrastructure as Code (Critical Requirement) Experience with IaC tools (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)Ability to standardize infrastructure and enforce consistent configurations • Familiarity with provisioning cloud environments at scale Networking & Security (Working Knowledge) Basic understanding of: Virtual Networks, Subnets, NSGs Private endpoints and connectivity RBAC and managed identities DevOps & Engineering Practices Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and code review processes Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plu Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
