Our client is looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join their team and take a hands-on role in building, maintaining and optimising their Microsoft Azure environment across production, staging and development.
Responsibilities
Build, configure and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure.Manage Azure services including App Service, Virtual Machines, Storage, networking and identity.Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM Templates, Bicep or Terraform.Manage monitoring and logging through Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics.Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment and performance issues.Implement Azure security best practices, including RBAC, Key Vault, managed identities and secure networking.Manage VNets, private endpoints, DNS and firewalls.Support incident response and identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance and cloud costs.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience within Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering or DevOps.Strong knowledge of Azure App Service, VMs, networking, storage and identity.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Experience with Infrastructure as Code – ARM Templates, Bicep or Terraform.Good understanding of Azure networking and cloud security principles.Experience supporting and troubleshooting production environments.Proactive, hands-on approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
