Senior Angular Developer

Act Digital is looking for a Senior Developer with strong Angular expertise. TASKS : Participate in the migration and rewriting of a GWT (Google Web Toolkit) application to the latest version of Angular, ensuring a smooth transition, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Requirements analysis, communication with the analysts to clarify the functional specifications.Development of the specifications, respecting the technical standards in place and the quality required.Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.Develop unit and integration test suites, plans and programs.Produce technical and user documentation.Assist with deployment and configuration of the system.Take part in application support by investigating issues (3rd level support etc.). SENIORITY REQUIREMENTS : To qualify as a Senior profile, the consultant must have: At least 8 years of professional experience if holding a Master’s degree; orAt least 12 years of professional experience if holding a Bachelor’s degree. REQUIREMENTS : Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies used by large scale international organizations.Excellent/good knowledge of J2EE 7/8/11, JPA, and caching mechanisms is mandatory.Excellent knowledge of Java enterprise stack, front and back-end, is mandatory, including Angular, GWT and the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JMS).Knowledge of relational databases: Oracle 11g/18 is mandatory.Strong experience in the design and development of Web 2.0 tools for large scale organizations in the public or private sector using latest software technologies based on J2EE framework stack will be considered an asset.Knowledge of software design patterns and UML.Strong capability in communication, problem-solving and coordination. Ability to work and communicate efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.Applied usage of Agile, SCRUM methodologies and PMBOK/Prince2 is considered an asset.Experience in developing IT projects in the field of translation is an advantage.A good knowledge of oral and written English and/or French is mandatory, whereas the knowledge of any other EU language is considered an advantage.
