The Front End Web Applications Developer (Junior) role involves contributing to the design, development, and support of a Budget and Spend web application.
This position is responsible for enhancing user interfaces and implementing new features to improve the functionality and performance of the application.
The role supports a Washington, DC based customer and requires maintaining a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities:
Build enterprise planning and reporting applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or web technologies such as JavaScriptReview application requirements and interface designsDevelop and implement interactive UI/UX componentsMonitor and enhance front-end performanceDocument application changes and updatesProvide feedback on UI/UX design feasibilityOptimize applications for scalability and speedParticipate in code reviews and collaborate with team members

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of software engineering experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS)Strong understanding of JavaScript and related intricaciesExperience with REST APIs and data formats such as XML and JSONFamiliarity with Object Oriented Programming, web development, and debuggingAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong programming and communication skillsPublic Trust clearanceU.S.
