About The Role We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across Sierra’s core product interfaces and customer-facing web pages. Your work will directly impact how our clients and users interact with our AI solutions, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and accessible experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content to develop and maintain a cohesive digital presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for building content infrastructure, optimizing performance, and championing accessibility and localization efforts to serve a global audience. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and a strong understanding of marketing and growth strategies. You should be highly proficient in modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with a keen eye for UI/UX detail. Experience working with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity is highly desirable. A demonstrated commitment to web performance and accessibility standards is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-engineers including designers, content creators, and marketers. Familiarity with internationalization and localization processes, as well as experience integrating third-party services like video hosting or monitoring tools, will be advantageous. Responsibilities Own the development and maintenance of frontend interfaces across Sierra’s core product and marketing platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.Design and implement content infrastructure using Sanity CMS to empower marketing and content teams with self-serve tools, structured content models, and preview workflows, reducing reliance on engineering for routine updates.Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate analytics and experimentation tools, translating business objectives into measurable features and insights.Support and enhance localization and internationalization efforts, including multilingual content, translation workflows, and infrastructure to ensure a first-class experience for global users.Prioritize performance optimization by managing Core Web Vitals, media and asset loading, and diagnosing subtle issues such as layout shifts, lazy-loading delays, and render timing to ensure fast, responsive experiences.Champion accessibility best practices, including semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG standards, to make our platforms usable for everyone.
