Job Description Position Summary/Objectives of Incumbent: The purpose of this position is to support the Thermal portfolio. This role will include product management of existing portfolio, namely pricing management, stock management, future inventory management, product marketing and channel/sales enablement. Key Responsibilities Support and provide feedback to help update price book and inventory Integrated Systems products.Drive NPI activities for ANZ by working with product management and R&D. Provide support to the respective product manager to ensure new products will be released with all required collateral, training. Involving all aspects of the business from sales and service.Support and train internal and external stakeholder’s sales tools including product presentation, competitive analysis, technical documents, configurators, case study, and help support greater sales team with tender specification/submissions.Work closely with enterprise sales and channel sales to build funnels and help close those projectsFeedback to product management about market requirements, customer feedbacks, and competition information.Provide product enablement to sales and partners so they are fully aware of product portfolio, changes and upcoming products, messaging and how and when to position each solution to customersAlign with company strategies and develop programs to deliver on these requirements WHS, Environment & Quality Comply with all Work, Health & Safety, Environment and Quality obligationsActively promote safety in the workplace Requirements Engineering degree.Knowledge of the Thermal Systems product portfolio.Market knowledge of thermal management and power products, including their applications.Understanding of tender processes and the application of products to meet customer requirements.Excellent technical understanding and knowledge of thermal management and rack UPS products and concepts.Excellent competency in reading technical drawings and design specifications.Proficient in technical writing.Strong English writing and presentation skills.
