We are seeking a Senior Application Engineer I to lead the advanced configuration, integration, and optimization of legal technology solutions supporting Litigation Practice Delivery.
In this role, you will partner closely with Litigation Practice Technology, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure applications are secure, scalable, and fully leveraged to meet complex business needs.
This position is ideal for a senior level engineer who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and acts as a trusted subject matter expert across applications and integrations.
Configure and optimize legal and litigation technology solutions to meet advanced firm requirementsLead the integration of cloud and on premises data sources into SaaS platformsServe as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issuesPartner with vendors to ensure alignment with firm standards, best practices, and efficiency goalsManage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with non IT business partnersEnsure all applications comply with security, governance, and compliance standardsCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshootingAct as a subject matter expert for technology initiatives within Litigation Practice DeliveryProvide operational support, including participation in a shared on call rotationWhat You’ll Bring
