Location: Clinton, MD (On-Site / Hybrid Flexible) Hours: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week) Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour Benefits: Direct deposit, flexible scheduling around coursework/commitments Position Overview Norbeck Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Junior Systems & Software Assistant to support technology operations, web platforms, and internal systems at our Clinton, MD office. This hands-on role involves assisting with day-to-day technical maintenance, web application testing, API documentation, and technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Platform & Web Support: Assist with routine maintenance, updates, and feature testing across internal web platforms and client-facing digital assets. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, workflows, and API integrations. Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform structured testing for web features, workflows, and automated tasks to catch bugs prior to deployment. Technical & Office Support: Provide technical troubleshooting and workstation setup for office operations in Clinton, MD (or remote system setup support if working hybrid/virtually). Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or currently pursuing a degree in a related technical field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript), relational databases (SQL/PostgreSQL), and Git version control.
