Gestión y resolución de incidentes y requerimientos de microinformática solicitados por usuarios finales. Control y mantenimiento de inventario de workstations y periféricos de la oficina. Instalación de software de base, aplicaciones y equipamiento informático (periféricos). Mantenimiento operativo de servicios de oficinas (telefonía, videoconferencia e impresiones). Generación de iniciativas de mejoras de infraestructura. Planificación y control de ejecución de proyectos.
