About you The ideal candidate will have: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Information Technology, ICT support, software development, web technology or a related discipline; orAt least three years of relevant ICT applications support, Salesforce administration or development experience and/or relevant vendor certification in place of the formal qualification; andAdditional relevant experience where required for the complexity of the organisation’s Salesforce environment.About the role The Salesforce Developer & ICT Applications Support Technician develops, adapts, deploys, administers and maintains the organisation’s Salesforce platform and connected business applications. The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical support for users, application configuration, web technology, integrations, data, security and the diagnosis and resolution of software-related problems. The position supports internal recruitment, contractor management, client engagement, payroll operations, compliance and reporting. It works directly with users and business stakeholders to determine requirements, resolve incidents, improve the efficient use of applications, and implement practical, secure and maintainable technology solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL and SOSL.Configure and support Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein AI, security, data, reports and dashboards.Diagnose application, configuration, access, integration and data issues while supporting business users.Develop REST and SOAP integrations and support Salesforce Experience Cloud and connected applications.Key Criteria Hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience across configuration, security, data and release management.Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL and Salesforce APIs.Experience providing ICT application support, troubleshooting technical problems and supporting business applications.Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI or comparable enterprise AI capabilities.How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
