About the Opportunity: The PLATFORM ENGINEER role focuses on building and maintaining foundational systems that enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently and reliably. This position plays a key role in managing continuous integration and deployment systems and advancing the internal developer platform to improve the engineering workflow at scale. Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance CI pipelines across multiple repositories and teamsDevelop self-service tools, workflows, and automation within the internal developer platformManage testing, documentation, and rollout of platform improvements and new tool integrationsWrite maintainable code using languages like Python, Go, or TypeScriptCollaborate with teammates and internal stakeholders to improve developer experienceContribute to a platform supporting a large-scale engineering environmentParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programmingTake ownership of platform areas with guidance from senior engineers Requirements: Minimum two years of experience shipping production software with proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScriptPractical experience building or significantly modifying CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or CircleCIWorking knowledge of Docker, including writing and debugging DockerfilesExperience owning a service, pipeline, tool, or library end to endProficiency in Unix-like environments and version control using GitSystematic debugging skills, collaborative mindset, and strong communication abilities Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base salary range from $130,000 to $165,000 annuallyBonus program linked to company performance, with potential bonuses ranging from 20-30% and up to 90% Benefits & Perks: Health, vision, dental, and life insurance with premiums covered for employees and dependentsLong and short term disability insuranceUnlimited paid time offAnnual year-end company closureOptional 401(k) plan with 5% company matchingTwelve paid holidaysPaid lunches in-office or a $125 weekly stipend for remote employeesEmployee assistance and recognition programs Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
