Role Description As a senior member of our technology team, you will: ✅ Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs. ✅ Lead complex Salesforce projects across Nonprofit Cloud, participant management, service delivery, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement. ✅ Build and support integrations between Salesforce and key business platforms, including workforce management and scheduling solutions. ✅ Work with platforms such as Skedulo, MAICA, Humanforce, AlayaCare, and other rostering and scheduling solutions to support frontline operations. ✅ Drive Salesforce DevOps maturity through GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management. ✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to shape future solutions. ✅ Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices. ✅ Help build a modern, scalable Salesforce ecosystem that supports organisational growth and innovation.
