The Role: Senior Qualitative Research Consultant
As the Sydney team continues to grow, they're looking for a curious, passionate and commercially minded qualitative researcher with 3+ years' agency-side market research experience.
Working alongside some of the industry's most respected qualitative practitioners, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering impactful research programmes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
From brand strategy and customer experience to innovation and behaviour change, you'll help uncover the human truths that drive better decisions.
Responsibilities
• Support and lead qualitative projects from proposal through to debrief
• Design discussion guides and qualitative research frameworks
• Moderate and support a range of methodologies, including focus groups, depth interviews, online communities, workshops and co-creation sessions
• Analyse qualitative data to identify meaningful themes, patterns and insights
• Craft compelling stories that turn research findings into strategic recommendations
• Build strong client relationships and contribute confidently to project discussions
• Collaborate with quant researchers and strategists on integrated research programmes
• Contribute to proposals, pitches and thought leadership

• Confident building relationships with clients and colleagues
