About The Role As a Lead DevOps Engineer at Particle41, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers our clients' most complex digital projects. You will own the DevOps strategy, setting standards and best practices that influence multiple teams and projects. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and security specialists, to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. You will champion automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, ensuring rapid and safe release cycles. Additionally, you will mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the DevOps practice, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client and business goals.
