Essential Functions:Analyze production quality data and customer feedback trends.Support root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.Assist with implementation and verification of corrective actions.Participate in cross-functional quality improvement projects.Support quality audits and production quality gate activities.Develop reports and dashboards to track quality performance metrics.Assist with escalation and presentation of quality concerns within quality review forums.Support digitization and automation of quality inspection processes.Participate in special projects related to quality systems, continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve First-Time Capability (FTC) and reduce defect escapes. Other Regular Daily Tasks: Support problem resolutionsSupport escalation of quality topics to quality forumsSupport implementation of quality checks into offline quality inspectionsSupport topic complex problem solving for legacy topics QualifikationenEducation, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position. Education: Student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
