AI & Automation Developer

SoudCoh is a fast-growing marketing, technology and automation company based in Melbourne. We’re looking for an ambitious early-career developer, recent graduate or university student nearing completion who is genuinely excited about AI, software development and automation. This role is for someone who is already using tools like Claude, Codex and Grok every day — not someone who has only read about them. This Is a Build Role This is not a traditional IT support role. You’ll work closely with our Automation and Web Developer, Sumanyu, helping build internal applications, AI systems, automations, APIs, client tools and experimental technology across SoudCoh. You may be working on Claude or Codex integrations one day, an MCP server the next, and an AI video workflow or internal application after that. We want someone who enjoys turning ideas into working technology quickly.
