Salesforce Developer | Contract Opportunity Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: Sydney, NSW Daily Rate: $446 inclusive of super About the Opportunity Whizdom is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking significant digital transformation initiatives across customer and operational platforms. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing Agile team responsible for delivering and enhancing critical Salesforce solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex integrations, scalable Salesforce implementations, and ongoing platform enhancements within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role is open to candidates currently residing in Sydney, without local experience. Applicants must either be based in Sydney or have confirmed plans to relocate. Key Responsibilities Configure and customise Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions and project objectives.Develop, test, and document custom Salesforce development, integrations, and data migration components.Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed across configuration and customisation activities.Provide effort estimates and technical input for proposed solutions.Analyse solution feasibility, benefits, and risks.Collaborate with project managers, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and development teams throughout the development lifecycle.Engage with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and product enhancements. Skills & Experience Required Minimum 7 years' experience working with Salesforce development technologies.Strong experience across:Salesforce Sales CloudSalesforce Service CloudLightning Web Components (LWC)Apex DevelopmentVisualforceLightning Aura ComponentsTriggers and custom developmentSolid experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation.Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.Experience with DevOps tools and practices including Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Salesforce DX.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Experience with COPADO.Strong debugging expertise across LWC, Apex, and Aura components.Experience supporting production incidents and release management activities. Certifications The following Salesforce certifications are highly desirable: Salesforce App Builder Certification.Salesforce Platform Developer I.Salesforce Platform Developer II.
