Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Principal Scientist. The Principal Scientist will lead advanced research and development projects, design and execute experiments, and drive innovation aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include mentoring junior researchers, building cross-functional collaborations, publishing key findings, and contributing to the transformation of research into practical applications. Additionally, the role involves contributing to global talent development initiatives and supporting the Group's efforts in fostering technological advancement and innovation ecosystems. Qualifications Expertise in scientific research, including experimental design, analysis, and innovation developmentStrong background in research and development within relevant technical domainsProven ability in mentoring and guiding junior researchers and fostering collaborationExperience in driving technology transfer, R&D transformation, or innovation enhancementExceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teamsPhD in a relevant scientific or technical field with demonstrated research achievementsTrack record of published research in peer-reviewed journals or patent filingsUnderstanding of global talent recruitment and experience in fostering innovation ecosystems is a plus
