About the Opportunity
Hatchit Studios is seeking experienced Senior Salesforce Developers for long-term ICT labour hire contract opportunities with a Federal Government client.
You will work within an established delivery team to develop, enhance and support enterprise Salesforce applications, collaborating with Solution Leads, Business Analysts, Testers and Release Managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The client has a strong preference for Canberra-based contractors working onsite.
Interstate candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to client approval and regular attendance in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutionsDevelop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTMLConfigure Custom Objects, Flows, Permission Sets, sharing and related Salesforce functionalityDeliver solutions incorporating Public Sector Solutions and Experience CloudParticipate in requirements analysis, solution design and technical documentationTroubleshoot development and configuration issuesSupport testing, quality assurance and releases through CI/CD and DevOps pipelinesWork collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3+ years' Salesforce development experienceStrong experience delivering enterprise-level integrated Salesforce solutionsAdvanced hands-on capability across Apex, LWC, OmniStudio and AuraStrong Salesforce configuration experienceExperience with Public Sector Solutions and Experience CloudExperience with version control and advanced CI/CD toolingStrong understanding of Salesforce best practicesExcellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSalesforce Platform Developer I certificationSalesforce OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification
