Azure Integration Engineer – D365 & Azure Integration Services

Azure Integration Engineer Melbourne | Permanent | Hybrid - 3 days in office Azure Integration Services | C#/.NET | D365 We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation that is continuing to build out its dedicated Azure Integration capability. With a Technical Lead and Senior Integration Engineer now secured, we're looking for another hands-on Azure Integration Engineer to join the team. For this hire, we're particularly interested in someone who has worked on integrations involving Dynamics 365. You don't need to be a D365 specialist, but you should understand how Azure Integration Services connects with D365 and be comfortable working with a D365 team to workshop and deliver integration solutions. The Role This is a hands-on engineering role with genuine end-to-end ownership. You'll work across a complex enterprise application environment, taking integrations from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing production support. You will: Design, develop and maintain integrations using Azure Integration ServicesWork hands-on across Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API ManagementDevelop integration services and APIs using C#/.NETBuild REST APIs and event-driven/message-based integrationsWork on integrations involving Dynamics 365 and surrounding enterprise applicationsWorkshop integration requirements and solutions with D365, application and technical teamsContribute to detailed integration design within established architecture and standardsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsConsider security, error handling, retries, idempotency, monitoring and observabilityTroubleshoot integration issues across applications and servicesOwn integrations through development, deployment and BAU support About You You're a hands-on Integration Engineer who enjoys understanding the full problem rather than simply picking up a development ticket. You'll ideally bring: Strong hands-on Azure Integration Services experienceC#/.NET development capabilityExperience across Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and API ManagementREST API and enterprise integration experienceExperience with event-driven and message-based integration patternsAzure DevOps and CI/CD experienceExperience integrating with Dynamics 365, or working on a project where D365 formed part of the integration landscapeConfidence working with D365 specialists and other application teams to workshop integration solutionsExperience supporting and troubleshooting integrations in productionYou do not need to be a Dynamics 365 developer or functional specialist. What we're looking for is someone who understands the integration touchpoints and can confidently work across the Azure side of a D365 integration. You'll be joining a newly established team with strong technical leadership around you, while still having plenty of ownership over the solutions you design and build.
