We're currently looking for a Senior API Developer to join our financial services client in Sydney on an initial 6 month contract. Our client need an experienced engineer with a strong background in backend development on complex, scaled systems hosted on cloud. At least 12 months in GCP stack is essential. Skills & Experience: Experience designing and develop scalable backend services using NodeJSBuild and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIsExperience building and operating scalable solutions in cloud environments including GCP.Strong knowledge of databases SQL & NoSQLFamiliarity with containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of microservices architectureExperience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)What's on offer?
