Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to ship significant features across our stack.
This position is based onsite in Abu Dhabi, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:
Design and ship significant features end to endOwn non-trivial technical decisions, write them up clearly, and defend themAlign with client development teams and stakeholders on integration design, sequencing, and deliverySet the standard on code quality and review code substantively across the team, not just your own surface areaMentor other engineers through pairing, design review, and direct feedbackParticipate in production incident response and post-incident analysisContribute to platform-wide work
Requirements:
Experience building production systems in TypeScript/Node.jsProduction software engineering experience in TypeScript/Node.jsReact.js experience, or a strong willingness and ability to learn itStrong fundamentals across data structures, concurrency, and distributed-system failure modesSolid SQL, including indexing and query plansExperience operating services in production: logging, metrics, alerting, and on-callConfidence in code review, including pushing back constructively on senior peersEffective use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with sound judgment about when to trust output and when to verifyStrong communication skills; comfortable working across organizational boundaries and translating between technical and business framingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
