Our Immigration Case Management System is designed to simplify the complexities of immigration law by offering powerful tools for case tracking, document management, and client communication. This backend Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate should have experience developing Java applications that use REST APIs and relational databases and should also have a strong understanding of the Spring, Spring Boot, and JPA frameworks. This is a fully remote position. Working hours will be in Eastern Standard Time (U.S. time zone): Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (this is an overnight shift in the Philippines). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreeMust be able to work in ET US time zoneAbility to collaborate across teams to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work with minimal supervision, and work under pressure.Strong oral presentation and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.Strong attention to detail.Must be comfortable with continuous change and be able to easily adapt.
