We are looking for a Senior Pega UX & Front-End Developer with strong experience in Pega implementation, Pega Constellation, DX API, ReactJS, and modern UX design.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with UX consulting and design leadership skills, working closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, Pega architects, and development teams to deliver modern, scalable, and user-centric Pega solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead UX discovery workshops, design-thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviewsAnalyse business processes and user journeys to identify UX improvement opportunitiesDefine UX strategies aligned with business and customer objectivesDevelop personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designsEstablish UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and design governanceDesign and develop modern UIs using Pega Constellation and DX APIBuild custom and reusable UI components using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3Develop and integrate headless front-end applications with PegaIntegrate React applications with Pega Case Management and workflow solutions through DX APIsDevelop responsive, mobile-first, and accessible user experiencesModel and design Pega Case Management and Pega DCM solutionsIntegrate bespoke UIs with Pega Case Management/DCMIntegrate Pega solutions with microservices, databases, REST APIs, and custom componentsApply low-code engineering principles within PegaCollaborate closely with Pega architects, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholdersDevelop geo-enabled applications using map servers, OpenLayers, or similar technologiesEnsure solutions are scalable, reusable, secure, and aligned with the overall solution architecture
