React Native Developer

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for its own expanding team a React Native Developer to join its managed services project in Germany. Position/Title: React Native Developer Employment: Full time Contract Type: Fixed-Term (24 Months) Start Date: October/2026 Location: Germany - Hybrid - München Salary Framework: 60 000.00 EUR min per year - 75 000.00 EUR per year max dependent upon experience Contact: Davor Molnar on: 49 (0) 89 23 88 98 63 Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile features using React Native, React and TypeScript Implement integrations between React Native, WebViews and backend APIs (BFF layer), including native device capabilities where required Contribute to and maintain mobile-side CI/CD topics, including build configuration, code signing and release automation Contribute to testing, code reviews and continuous improvement of code quality Analyze and resolve defects and technical issues, including cross-layer issues across React Native, WebViews and backend services Support application builds, releases and production stability Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects and other engineering teams Experience/Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with React Native Experience in digital industries with complex customer journeys such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, utilities or e-commerce Strong TypeScript skills Good understanding of both Android and iOS platforms Experience with native iOS/Android integrations or modules is a plus Experience with REST APIs and backend integration Experience with WebViews and hybrid mobile applications, including JavaScript- based bridging Experience building performant, stable and responsive mobile applications, with a good understanding of performance fundamentals such as startup time, rendering and memory usage, as well as mobile security practices Experience with mobile app build and release processes, including App Store / Google Play distribution Good understanding of mobile application security practices Experience with mobile observability and crash/performance monitoring tools Experience with automated testing, Git and CI/CD Experience with AI-assisted software development across the SDLC, for example for coding, unit test generation, refactoring, debugging or developer productivity, is a plus Good analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in agile and international development teams Proficiency in English; German is a plus
