ERPrecruit is recruiting an Oracle Functional / Technical Engineer for a trusted client in the South of the Netherlands.
The position focuses on the support, maintenance and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and related technologies.
Working closely with functional consultants, developers, business users and Oracle support teams, you will investigate technical issues, implement solutions and contribute to reliable system performance.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate, diagnose and resolve Oracle application and technology incidents within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).Analyse system logs, error messages and performance data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.Assess the impact of incidents and proposed changes, escalating complex issues where required.Support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, maintain configurations and monitor application health, integrations and batch processes.Contribute to deployments, patches, upgrades and testing cycles.Support the development and maintenance of integrations, reports and technical solutions.Troubleshoot integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST APIs, SOAP web services and FBDI, and resolve issues with BI Publisher reports.Validate data interfaces and integration performance.Collaborate with business users and consultants to understand requirements and support technical design and implementation.Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and root cause analyses.Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and audit and compliance requirements.
