The company develops modern payment and retail technology solutions used across large physical retail networks, with a strong focus on cloud-native systems, integrations, and highly resilient platform architecture.

The Role
You’ll join a small, highly collaborative engineering team building and scaling backend systems that support payment, retail, and operational workflows.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership and influence across architecture, product direction, and technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and AzureBuild integrations with customer and partner systems, including ERP, payment, financial, and retail platformsDevelop cloud-native solutions using Azure App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application InsightsContribute to architectural decisions and platform scalabilityWork across the full development lifecycle, from concept through to deployment and production supportParticipate in technical discussions, code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and testing practicesCollaborate closely with a fast-moving engineering team in a flat hierarchy environmentSupport frontend development where needed using Angular, React, Blazor, or VueTake ownership of features and contribute directly to product and platform evolution
What They’re Looking For
3–6 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and AzureExperience building REST APIs and cloud-native applicationsComfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review practicesExposure to at least one modern frontend framework such as Angular, React, Blazor, or VueNorwegian speaking required
