The goal is to develop a platform that can understand user requirements, gather relevant context, generate technical outputs, validate results, and continuously improve through human feedback. This is not a role focused on simply integrating an AI model. The challenge is building the complete system around the model: creating reliable AI workflows, designing human-AI interactions, engineering validation loops, and delivering an enterprise-ready application. Your role As a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer, you will work as a hands-on individual contributor alongside other experienced engineers and specialists. You will help design and build the architecture around AI capabilities, ensuring that generated outcomes are accurate, explainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Your focus will include: Designing human-AI interactions that help users provide requirements, resolve ambiguity and refine generated results;Building a complete enterprise web application including frontend, APIs, application services, integrations and data models;Developing AI harnesses that connect models with context, tools, execution environments and validation mechanisms;Creating iterative AI workflows where systems can generate, test, validate, improve and explain outputs;Integrating automated testing, quality checks, CI/CD feedback and organizational controls into AI workflows;Ensuring traceability between requirements, context, generated artifacts, validation results and user decisions;Contributing to application security, observability, scalability and operational readiness. What you bring You are an experienced full-stack engineer who understands that successful AI applications require more than a powerful model. You know that context, workflows, controls, user interaction and engineering discipline determine the quality of AI outcomes. You have: Senior-level experience building and operating enterprise web applications;Strong full-stack engineering experience across:User interfaces;APIs;Application services;Integrations;Application data models;Experience designing applications where AI interacts with users and business processes;Experience building AI-enabled workflows, agents, or AI orchestration layers;Knowledge of context engineering: collecting, retrieving and structuring information for AI systems;Experience integrating software engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, observability and quality controls into AI solutions;Understanding of enterprise requirements around security, privacy, identity, access management and auditability.
