Description
We are looking for a Product (UX/UI) Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our Product team and help design intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent digital products.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA team to transform product requirements and business needs into clear user experiences and polished interfaces.
You’ll be involved throughout the design process - from understanding user needs and defining flows to creating high-fidelity designs and supporting implementation.
Job responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-friendly, and responsive web interfaces and digital experiencesTranslate business and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA to define product goals, features, and design requirementsCreate and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to a consistent design systemConduct user and competitor research to inform design decisionsIdentify usability issues and propose improvements to existing featuresParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to continuously improve the user experience
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience in Product/UX/UI Design, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or complex digital productsBachelor’s/Master’s degree or relevant education in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a related field is a plusExcellent English and Armenian; Russian is an advantageProficiency in Figma, component-based design, and design systemsExperience designing web products, especially admin panels and dashboardsStrong user research skills and ability to incorporate feedback and data into design decisionsExperience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
