Own a complex workstream or major feature set from detailed design through release, operation and production support.Build AI-powered full-stack solutions across software, data, AI, integration and user experience.Create reliable contracts across data, services, AI components, user journeys and enterprise systems.Engineer safe model and agent behaviour through access controls, approved tools, evaluation, monitoring and fallback.Own versioning, compatibility, deployment, rollback, recovery, diagnostics and incident support.Review designs and code, mentor engineers and identify material technical, delivery, data, model and operational risks early.
