The Role We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, automate, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure and delivery processes. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with software development and engineering teams to improve the way applications are built, tested, deployed, monitored, and operated. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, implementing containerized environments, and ensuring the reliability and security of production systems. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, repeatable, and automated software releasesAutomate development, testing, deployment, and release processesProvision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as CodeImplement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and KubernetesDesign and implement deployment strategies, including rollback and recovery proceduresSet up and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across production environmentsBuild dashboards and monitoring solutions to provide visibility into system health and performanceParticipate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service recoveryHarden infrastructure security and implement security best practices across cloud and production environmentsManage secrets, credentials, and access controls in accordance with security best practicesOptimize infrastructure for cost, performance, scalability, availability, and reliabilityAutomate repetitive operational tasks using Bash, Python, or other scripting technologiesCollaborate closely with developers and engineers to improve application deployment and operational processesMaintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standardsContinuously evaluate tools and technologies that can improve development and infrastructure workflowsRequirements: 4+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering roleHands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelinesExperience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalentStrong experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or AzureHands-on experience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormationExperience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsFamiliarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, or equivalentGood scripting and automation skills using Bash and/or PythonStrong understanding of Linux administrationGood knowledge of networking fundamentalsUnderstanding of infrastructure and cloud security best practicesExperience with Git and modern Git workflowsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with software developers, engineers, and other technical teamsStrong communication and collaborative team spiritDesired Qualifications: Experience designing and managing highly available and scalable production environmentsExperience with advanced Kubernetes concepts and production cluster managementExperience with cloud-native architectures and managed Kubernetes services such as EKS, AKS, or GKEExperience with automated security and compliance practices within CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, or equivalentExperience with cloud networking, load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and CDN technologiesExperience with GitOps tools and practices such as Argo CD or FluxExperience with deployment strategies such as Blue/Green, Canary, and Rolling deploymentsKnowledge of high-availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity practicesExperience with cost optimization and resource management in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAsExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsRelevant cloud or DevOps certifications are considered a plusBenefits: A full compensation & benefits packageOpportunity to work with a highly talented and experienced team on state-of-the-art projectsAccess to resources for professional and personal developmentOpportunity to work with modern cloud, DevOps, automation, and observability technologiesA collaborative environment where you can have a direct impact on the reliability and scalability of our productsHybrid Working Model with 2 days per week remotely
