Synapri are currently supporting an established business who are heavily invested in Salesforce, part way through a major transformation and are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Leader take over ongoing leadership of the Salesforce development & architecture team. Key requirements: 🤹 Hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience (doesn't have to be current) 🤹 Strong, confident leader who thrives under pressure including managing challenging stakeholders 🤹 Proven ability to lead technical teams both internally and via outsourced delivery partners 🤹 CPQ or RCA experience a huge bonus but not essential 🤹 Experience implementing and driving DevOps principles Details: 📍LOCATION: 1x a week near Reading 💰 SALARY: Up to £100k + very generous bonus and shares This is an urgent, business critical hire with interviews taking place as soon as next week - so please apply for immediate consideration
