Senior Cloud Developer

🔵Project Description: Luxoft is an industry-leading software integrator and solution house for automotive OEMs and suppliers. There are millions of cars on the road today with solutions designed by DXC-Luxoft. You will work with one of the biggest car manufacturer to design and implement a cloud foundation platform for customer's workloads and business applications. You will design and adopt a secure and compliant cloud environment along with the implementation of governance foundation services to accelerate and streamline the onboarding of customer's solutions to the cloud. A Data Mesh platform built on top of it to exchange, integrate, and process data from multiple internal systems. The Data Mesh platform applies domain-oriented data ownership, treats data as a product, and uses federated governance, enabling controlled data usage to support future AI applications. AI Labs is a sub-product of the Data Mesh platform: an interface and services layer that gives teams self-serve access to the AI-ready datasets they need, without having to connect to each underlying source system individually. The solution is designed and built through iterative collaboration with the client's team and other stakeholders to identify, manage, and document requirements across data domains. Our approach is iterative, adaptive, and proactive: each team member owns a specific domain area and its deliverables, and coordinates closely with that domain's data owners and downstream consumers. Your Skills And Experiences - BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience - Solid experience with Microsoft Azure: IaaS, Azure AD, Azure Governance, Azure Functions, Azure Automation, Azure Monitor, Fabric, Foundry, Purview etc. - Experience in architecting, designing, and deployment of application software at scale, using Agile methodologies, and with recent coding experience in two or more of the following languages: C#, PowerShell, Python - Experience working with customers face to face, leading and driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management, and risk mitigation - Deep understanding and experience with IaC principles and tools like Azure ARM Templates (Terraform is a plus) - Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with configuring and running CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps - Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, etc.) - Proactive thinking, excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills - Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (eg., security, privacy, etc.) - Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations - Fluent in English Preferred Skills - Strong coding skills (e.g. C#, PowerShell) - Experience with MS Fabric, MS Foundry, Purview - Strong experience in cloud security and compliance - Familiarity with SIEM and SOAR solutions - Deep understanding of authorization protocols like OAuth, OpenID, etc. 🔵Responsibilities: - Support the integration between Collibra and Microsoft Fabric, including evaluating Fabric's capabilities for data provision. - Manage Fabric-native catalog and discovery functionalities. - Oversee metadata management and business glossary maintenance. - Facilitate data product discovery and data shopping processes. - Handle governance, access management, and data protection policies. - Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and validate Fabric architecture. - Design components such as OneLake, data mesh, and semantic layers. - Develop cloud architectural strategies ensuring security, scalability, and compliance. - Serve as a trusted advisor to align technical solutions with strategic objectives and advocate customer interests among diverse stakeholders. - Design and implement governance automation leveraging modern technologies and cloud best practices. - Lead technical collaboration with business, development, and infrastructure teams. - Produce technical documentation, architecture decision records, and implement DevOps practices including infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployments. - Coordinate team resources, resolve technical issues, and work within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, for defining, estimating, and delivering work. 🔵Mandatory Skills Description: Python, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure Services, Microsoft Data Fabric, Network, IP Routing, TCP/IP, CI/CD 🔵Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Proven experience of working with MS Data Fabric (DP-600/DP-700 certifications), experience in building AI Landing zones, experience with FabricIO & o365 agents, C# proficiency, Databricks, self-driven/self-motivated, PowerShell. 🔵Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate 🔵Our Benefits: 💼 Employment & Compensation Stable employment based on an employment contractCopyright-based remuneration for Developers, resulting in a higher net salary🏥 Health & Well-being LuxMed private health and dental careLife and travel insuranceMyBenefit program (sports card, well-being initiatives, and more)Employee Assistance Program for you and your family, including psychological consultations, coaching sessions, and support in personal matters🚗 Everyday Convenience Car rental options🎓 Learning & Development Access to the LuxTalent platform, offering webinars, training sessions, and certified courses🌍 Career Growth & Mobility Internal Mobility Program, enabling rotation between projects, locations, and accounts…and much more!
