Senior Full Stack Engineer (Typescript / Next.JS) – London Package Up to £150,000 + equityLondon (in-person, 5 days/week)Visa sponsorship available We’re working with a fast-growing AI startup building software that’s transforming how large industrial and infrastructure companies operate. This isn’t another chatbot, it’s AI applied to real-world environments where efficiency, safety, and decision-making matter. They’ve already secured major enterprise customers and are heading into Series A with strong product-market fit and rapid growth. The Role This is a highly product-focused full stack role with true end-to-end ownership. You won’t be picking up tickets, you’ll be speaking directly with users, defining problems, designing solutions, and shipping them. You’ll be working on systems that: Turn voice, images, and field data into structured outputs using AIHandle large volumes of unstructured data and contextPower workflows used in complex, real-world environmentsBalance offline/online functionality in challenging conditions What You’ll Be Doing Working directly with users to understand workflows and pain pointsDesigning and building full-stack features from scratchArchitecting systems that integrate AI into real-world use casesImproving how data is captured, processed, and surfacedShaping product direction alongside founders What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience as a full stack engineerStrong product mindset and ownership mentalityExperience building and shipping end-to-end systemsComfortable working with ambiguity and making decisionsInterest in AI-driven products and real-world applicationsPackage £120,000 – £150,000 + equityLondon (in-person, 5 days/week)Visa sponsorship available
