Head of Group IT

Head of Group IT — Own internal IT across a growing CEE technology group. Mazowieckie, hybrid. Our client has supported the digitalisation of businesses across Central and Eastern Europe for over two decades — a leading ERP, finance, and HR/payroll software provider for SMEs, used by tens of thousands of clients across the region. Backed by a global growth investor, growing organically and through acquisitions. As Head of Group IT, you’ll take full ownership of internal IT across the group — strategy, systems, infrastructure, helpdesk, and security — unifying standards across group companies including newly acquired entities. Not a product role: internal IT only, with a sharp eye on cost and future-proofing (AI platforms included). What You’ll Own → IT strategy and governance across the group → Internal systems and business applications — ERP, CRM, M365, Salesforce, AI tools → Infrastructure, network, and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) — availability, performance, continuity → Helpdesk and user support across all locations, ITIL-based → Cybersecurity and compliance — GDPR, KSC, AI Act → Vendor relationships, IT budget, and procurement → Building and leading the IT team What We’re Looking For → Several years leading IT at director level in a complex, multi-country environment → Strong infrastructure, network, and cloud knowledge (M365/Azure/AWS; GCP a plus) → Experience managing ERP/CRM systems and integrations → ITIL-based helpdesk and service management experience → Cybersecurity and GDPR compliance understanding → Practical AI adoption experience within an organisation → Vendor and budget management experience → Strong English (C1 minimum) Bonus: ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Azure/AWS, CISM/CISSP certifications SaaS or tech company background post-M&A IT integration CEE project experience What is TechTree?
