As a Medior Mendix Consultant, you will be a key member of the development team. You will work on business-critical applications in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe) and actively contribute to the success of the project – from refinement through to demos. Your role in a nutshell: Develop scalable and maintainable Mendix applications, including pages, validations, and integrationsIndependently investigate how integrations work and implement them based on documentationContribute to user stories and translate functional requirements into smart solutionsPresent your work during demos and conduct peer reviewsTake responsibility for your work and support less experienced colleagues when needed What do you bring? Mendix Advanced Developer certification or demonstrable experience at this levelAt least 4 years of experience in Mendix developmentExperience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFeKnowledge of React, REST, SOAP, and API integrationsAbility to design scalable and maintainable applicationsAbility to propose innovative ideas to clients that help simplify business processesStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingGood communication skills – you can easily communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA proactive attitude towards team processes such as peer reviews, demos, and story refinementAmbition to grow towards a senior or lead role
