About the Job
We're looking for individual consultants to design and develop six learning modules based on around 40 institutional documents, including laws and regulations, internal policies, technical documentation, and guidelines.
Working closely with our Learning & Development function, you'll turn this material into structured, engaging learning experiences and launch them in Moodle and/or Microsoft 365 through Viva Learning.
The assignment runs through the end of November 2026.
What You'll Do
Analyze source materials and define learning objectives, structure, and formats for each moduleTurn complex legal, technical, and procedural content into clear, learner-centered experiencesDevelop self-paced and instructor-led materials, including interactive content, videos, scenarios, quizzes, and glossariesBuild assessments aligned with each module's learning outcomesApply ISAA's branding and design guidelines consistently across all materialsConfigure, test, and publish the modules in the LMS, including navigation, progress tracking, and completion requirementsIncorporate feedback from our L&D team and hand over editable source files for future updates
All work will be reviewed and validated with our L&D team along the way.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or learning experience design, with a solid grasp of adult learning principlesExperience turning complex source materials into structured self-paced and instructor-led learningHands-on experience with Moodle or a comparable LMS, including course configuration, assessments, and completion logicFamiliarity with authoring tools such as H5P, Articulate 360, or similarAbility to develop or coordinate multimedia, visual materials, scenarios, and assessmentsProfessional proficiency in Armenian (working proficiency in English is an advantage)
Experience in the public sector, regulated industries, compliance, cybersecurity, or organizational learning is a plus.
