Position: AI Engineer Location: Perth, WA (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to join a product team developing an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform for the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.You will be responsible for building and deploying production-ready AI solutions across candidate matching, semantic search, recruitment intelligence, RAG and agentic workflows.This is a practical product engineering role suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas and prototypes into reliable, scalable software.
