Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Reliability Engineer role based in Kebayoran Lama.
The Site Reliability Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, scalability, and performance of Rata.id’s production systems, ensuring high availability and smooth operation of customer-facing platforms.
Daily tasks include monitoring system health, identifying and resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
The role involves collaborating with software development teams to design and improve services, automate deployment and operational processes, and optimize infrastructure usage.
The Site Reliability Engineer will also manage system administration tasks, contribute to documentation and best practices, and support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and security.
Qualifications
Min.
SMA/SMK in any major, have an experience with the same title positions or as a Dev Ops.Experience in versioning control and development collaboration tools.Experience in deployment process using CI/CD tools.Experience configurate server using docker or other dependency.Experience config and using kubernetes environment.Familiar with linux system, monitoring and logging tools such as prometheus, Grafana or ELK stack.
