About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling our product offerings and enhancing the user experience for over 450,000 small and micro-enterprises across Germany. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing new workflows and processes that simplify order management and improve overall operational transparency for our customers. You will work collaboratively with a newly formed team, challenging existing approaches and pioneering innovative solutions. Your expertise will help shape the future of our platform, ensuring seamless end-to-end customer journeys and fostering long-term client satisfaction. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience in building modern backend and frontend systems. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot is essential, complemented by hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Material UI for frontend development. A solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and expertise in cloud environments such as AWS are required. Familiarity with AI-native engineering and experience integrating AI agents and automated workflows into existing systems will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, especially in German (minimum C2 level), are necessary to facilitate effective collaboration across disciplines. We are looking for a confident, articulate individual who can bridge technical and non-technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Take ownership of end-to-end development processes, actively participating in requirement gathering, design, implementation, and deployment phases. You will help define project scopes and contribute to strategic planning to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.Work within a modern microservice architecture, ensuring smooth communication and integration between services. Collaborate with the team to evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and approaches that support scalable growth.Drive innovation by actively participating in the integration of AI technologies and automated workflows. Lead initiatives that embed AI agents into our product infrastructure, contributing to the company’s growth and digital transformation efforts.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features that meet customer needs and business objectives.Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
