For more information, please visit www.ltm.com Job Description: Java MuleSoft Developer Experience: 6-8+ years in Java, MuleSoft integration and API development with Java Spring boot experience Role: We are seeking an experienced Java and MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, integrate, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications and APIs. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, along with experience across API-led connectivity, system integration, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and production support. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders, architects, technical leads, DevOps engineers, and geographically distributed delivery teams to deliver end-to-end integration and application solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement APIs using API-led connectivity (Experience, Process, and System APIs) on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, backend services, and reusable application components.Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and clean-code practices.Implement application-level validation, exception handling, logging, security, and transaction management.Hand on working experience on Github copilotHand on working experience on Github workflowDevelop integrations with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), file systems (NAS), and cloud applications (Salesforce, ServiceNow).Perform complex data transformations using DataWeave (JSON, XML, CSV, Base64, binary).Deploy APIs securely on MuleSoft CloudHubImplement encryption and security protocols: TLS 1.2, OAuth 2.0, Two-way SSL, PGP/JCI encryption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.Write MUnit test cases and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, CircleCI, Maven.Maintain detailed documentation and participate in code reviewsWork closely with tech lead / architect and align day to day development activitiesWork closely with onsite customer stakeholders for project deliverables Technical Skills: Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center.Experience in working in end-2-end delivery including Requirement Analysis, Creating HLD & LLD, effort estimation, End-2-End Development & Testing, Deployment, Hyper-Care around MuleSoftExperience in Java Spring boot Microservices, API GatewayStrong command of DataWeave 2.0 and OpenAPI specifications.Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML, XSLT, and cloud APIs.Familiarity with DevOps tools: GitHub, Maven, CircleCI, Nexus.Hands-on with Mule connectors: HTTP, Database, File, JMS, Anypoint MQ, Object StoreExperience in global deployments and batch processing for enterprise systems.Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint planning.Experience using tools like SOAP UI/Postman, Jenkins, JIRA, GitHub.Participate in the peer review process to assist others in improving their code, and listening to ideas from othersDeliver quality code and exhibit expertise in analysis, development & unit testing in a complex application environment.Background in both waterfall & agile ways-of-working.Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetingsCI/CD with GitHub Actions/Jenkins/Azure DevOps, artifact versioning, environment promotion, and automated quality gates.Observability with Anypoint Monitoring / New Relic, dashboards, log correlation, and proactive alerting.Building APIs using GitHub Copilot, MuleSoft Vibes, and Einstein for developer productivity and insight generation.Strong grasp of integration patterns (sync/async, pub‑sub, CQRS, batch), error handling, retries, idempotency, and circuit breakers Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Developer/Integration Architect) preferred.Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality deliverables: clean code, reusable assets, documentation, and runbooks.
