We're looking for software developers to join a number of teams across VivCourt, this could be within our platform or trading-facing teams Engineering @VivCourt Our trading and platform teams work together to realise the full potential of our systems. Our engineers build the technology that powers every trade, from the systems that connect us to global markets to the platforms and tools that drive research, execution, and risk management. We’re looking for Engineers who love solving complex problems and want to work close to trading. That could mean sitting on a desk with traders, helping design and implement algorithms, or working in our platform teams building systems that link everything across trading, data, and markets. As an experienced engineer, you will play an important role in our quest to build trading systems that help us achieve our goals. Your team will own a suite of applications and libraries that you will help to design, build, and support. What you will do: Use automation and AI to remove friction in our workflows and processes, unlocking more impact across the organisation.Continuously improve our systems, and engage in understanding how they are used in production and research.Proactively support trading systems developed by your team and operating in production.Help shape our trading ecosystem's design and architecture to stay aligned with team and organisational goals.Participate in technical design discussions that can affect outcomes for other teams. What you will bring: Knowledge and experience in data structures, algorithms and designing software to solve specific problems.Experience developing and maintaining C++ and python.Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with your colleagues and with other departments.
