As an AI Senior Producer for AI Film & Photo Solutions, you own the end-to-end delivery of projects within our Global AI Film & Photo solution — AI-driven film, photo, and motion content produced at scale for the world's biggest brands. You lead AI Film & Photo productions from brief to final delivery, working hand in hand with Creative Directors, Creative Technologists, and AI artists to bring ideas to life across stills and motion. You run AI production the way a great producer runs a traditional film or photo shoot: everything approved before generation, with structured intake (talent, pose, wardrobe, product, direction, background) as the efficiency lever that makes scale possible. You are accountable for the quality of work on your projects, ensuring goals are met and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within margin targets. You help guide and mentor producers and coordinators on your projects, raising the bar for how AI Film & Photo work gets made. The AI Senior Producer has 6–8+ years of experience across film, photo, social, and digital content and has worked in film, photo, and post production capacities. You are a creative problem solver whose production expertise allows you to run complex AI Film & Photo productions — from image generation and image-to-video pipelines to multi-market campaign rollouts. You are a great communicator and project manager with an innate ability to get things done — keeping teams aligned, unblocking issues early, and building strong, resilient relationships with clients and internal partners along the way. As a result, you wear many hats. You support business development efforts, contributing production approaches, schedules, and estimates to pitches and helping present them. You advise project teams and clients on best practices, process, scope, schedules, and pricing. You document and help evolve operational processes and workflow documentation on your productions, so that successful R&D can be implemented into the Monks.Flow pipeline after graduation has been determined. You run micro AI production squads — the standard shape being CD, Producer, Creative Technologist, AI artist/retoucher, and 3D artist — on product innovation work delivered on quarterly timelines. You will work closely with the Operations & Casting teams and the Scaled Client Leads to manage current workloads and flag upcoming resourcing needs early. RESPONSIBILITIES Production Delivery: Own AI Film & Photo productions end to end — scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and delivery — keeping projects on time, on budget, and within margin targets. Sales Support: Contribute to pitches with an AI-enabled/forward production-led mentality, bringing detailed AI Film & Photo production approaches, timelines, and estimates that align to the overall vision and strategy. Innovation: Ensure AI processes are deployed and delivered on your productions, in collaboration with Monks.Flow, Innovation, SME, and Tech teams — keeping pace with the market as image and video models and pipelines evolve. Operations: Apply and help improve AI Film & Photo production delivery processes — including QC gates, human review checkpoints, and legal/compliance review workflows (side-by-side validation, AI counsel sign-off). Benchmarking: Track cost, time, and quality on your productions before and after AI implementation to support savings reporting. Client Service: Serve as a day-to-day production lead for clients and Client.Monks teams. Establish in early kickoff calls whether the client's priority is time or quality before production starts. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional business leads, growth, account, and social teams to deliver an end-to-end experience for clients and identify opportunities to grow together. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential legal risks and challenges that may impact production timelines, budgets, or quality — including talent likeness, training-data provenance, and model usage rights. Escalate early and put contingency plans in place to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Mentorship: Support and mentor producers and coordinators on your productions, and contribute to AI education and knowledge-sharing across the studio. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Project and pipeline management across AI Film & Photo productions. Follow, apply, and help refine new processes and structure as we continue to grow and scale in AI. Support sales with production strategies, estimates, and schedules. Document best practices and contribute to company knowledge-sharing efforts. Collaborate to cross-train globally and regionally so workflows never depend on a single person. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver on the global vision and mission through the productions you lead. Continuously explore cutting-edge AI Film & Photo production and operational processes, and connect the Monks ecosystem in all jobs. Ensure the production sections of new business responses — written and oral — meet the highest standards. Apply AI process and AI products on your productions, and feed learnings back to the wider team. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6–8+ years' experience in film, photo, motion, social, digital, and post production / content production, with progressively expanding roles in an advertising agency or high-tech environment. Proven experience delivering AI-generated or AI-assisted image and video content for major brands with strict creative and legal standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong PM skill set Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Expectation to learn the AI-approved tool stacks and dive in head first to help build and develop new production and operational processes. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Strong foundation in film and/or photo production is required, plus at least one additional discipline area: motion, post production, interactive, emerging media, art buying/print production, programming, or understanding of additional technology-related disciplines. Hands-on fluency with AI Film & Photo production pipelines: image generation models (e.g., Flux, NanoBanana), image-to-video and video generation models (e.g., Kling, Runway, Seedance-class tools), node-based workflows (e.g., ComfyUI), LoRA training and digital-twin approaches, and structured QC/review gates. Working knowledge of production contracting including talent (union and non-union), music licensing/publishing, and 3rd-party works for hire — including likeness and usage rights in AI contexts.
