As part of its ongoing digital transformation journey, they are expanding their technology team and seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to drive modern software delivery, cloud-native platforms, and security-first engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the implementation and enhancement of DevSecOps capabilities across enterprise applications and infrastructure environments.Partner closely with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA and business technology teams to deliver secure and scalable platforms.Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and deployment processes.Embed security controls, code quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.Develop automated testing, deployment and operational workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.Manage application releases, configuration management and environment governance.Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions to standardize and automate infrastructure provisioning.Support and optimize containerized platforms and Kubernetes environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.Monitor platform performance, availability and security posture, ensuring high service reliability.Participate in regional and global technology initiatives, collaborating with overseas teams and stakeholders.Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.Around 8+ years of experience in software development, application support, DevOps or related technology functions.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps environments.Proven experience leading technical initiatives or workstreams within medium to large-scale projects.Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent Kubernetes expertise.Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD and build tools such as: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, npm / YarnExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation technologies including: Terraform, Ansible, Python, YAMLSolid experience with container and orchestration platforms, including: Kubernetes, Docker, Podman, Helm, ArgoCDPractical knowledge of DevSecOps and application security practices, such as: SAST, Dependency scanning, Vulnerability management, Software supply chain securityExperience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory and container registries.Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools including Grafana, Dynatrace and EFK stack.Good understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar tools would be advantageous.Experience with Azure cloud technologies, Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent English and Chinese language capability.Willingness to travel occasionally for regional project engagements.
