These are real projects from our roadmap: Stress-testing our systems before reality does : chaos engineering and load testing that deliberately breaks things in controlled ways, so we know exactly what happens when traffic spikes 10x on a public holiday or a dependency quietly falls over at 2amRolling out an AI Harness across engineering: not a chatbot bolted onto the sidebar, but tooling and workflows that change how we actually ship, review, and debug code day to dayBuilding disaster recovery that actually recovers: complete regional failover, so if an entire cloud region disappears mid-transaction, our system keeps moving people's money and nobody but us ever notices 🏋️‍♀️ How we actually work You build it, you run it, you own it. Engineers at Centrapay ship features end-to-end and see them through production. When something breaks or could be better, you have the context and autonomy to fix it - no waiting for permission or handoffs to other teamsLearn by building. We give you business problems, not specs. "Partners need faster onboarding" is your starting point, and how you solve it is up to you. You'll do market research, run spikes, and explore the solution space. No ticket grooming, no story pointing. We also have 10% time and hackathons where you can experiment with new tech you wouldn't normally get to useProgress over perfection.
